LEVELS
Beginners: Welcome beginners. Here’s a class designed for those curious about yoga but wary of the unfamiliar poses or faster-paced classes. Now there is no excuse. This foundational class will give first-time students the tools and support to confidently start a yoga practice. The class is also well-suited for students looking to refine and review the basic yoga postures. Breathing practice is introduced.
Level 1/2: A moderately-paced class with an emphasis on alignment principles. Beginners can deepen their practice and prepare for the more challenging open level classes.
Open: An intermediate/advanced level class for students with a steady practice looking to expand their experience. Familiarity with inversions and backbends are recommended. Open classes are offered in Vinyasa, Power Yoga and Anusara style.
Be True Hour: A well-balanced mix of postures to energize and re-vitalize during the mid-day. Savasana (relaxation) at the end of the practice is included to balance the nervous system.
Teens: Designed for the growing bodies and challenges faced by busy teens. The practice can help reduce stress and prevent sports-related injuries.
Gentle: A slower-paced class intended to calm the nervous system and ease the body and mind into relaxation. Props and breath work are incorporated.
