Yoga guided by Iris Cohen, and mentoring with Robin Giacomo, from June 9th - June 10th, 2018
Join Iris and Robin for a unique mother/daughter yoga and mentoring experience focusing on life transitions. Hosted in a beautiful Sag Harbor home featuring indoor and outdoor yoga spaces, Iris will lead a playful and accessible 90-minute morning yoga practice followed by a 10-minute meditation on Saturday morning. Robin Giacomo, a wellness coach, will introduce us to a portion of the grow Method, guiding mother and daughter in inquiry-based written exercises to embody our highest ideals and to strengthen the mother-daughter bond through accountability and support.

We gathered shoulder-to-shoulder in a circle, the constellation of the Costa Rican sky above, the sand under our feet, a burning fire before us. The shaman instructed us to blow on a wooden stick and toss it into the fire as an offering to burn our teachers.
